No costs for applicants: You will not have to pay anything. All expenses related to the recruitment – including language courses, administrative fees, travel and accommodation – are fully covered by us and our partners.
Language courses and certification: We help you enroll in a high-quality German language course (up to level B2), preferably through the Goethe-Institut. This ensures you gain the language skills required for your future job in Germany. All costs are covered.Recognition of your qualifications: We guide you through the recognition process of your nursing qualifications in Germany. We help you gather and translate your documents, submit applications, and make sure your credentials are officially approved
Placement in reputable clinics: We cooperate with well-established hospitals and clinic networks in Germany. You will be placed with a reliable and recognized medical facility that offers long-term employment prospects.
Fair employment contracts: You will receive a legally binding contract with a German employer. Your salary will be based on the official collective agreement (Tarifvertrag) for nurses in Germany and will match your level of qualification and experience.
Travel and accommodation included: Your travel to Germany and initial accommodation will be arranged and paid for. You don’t need to worry about these aspects – we or your employer will ensure a smooth transition.Step-by-Step: How the Process Works
We make the process simple and transparent. Here’s how it works:
Application and first contact: Reach out to us with your application documents (CV, diplomas, etc.). We will review your profile and contact you for an introductory conversation – either in person or via video call. During this meeting, we explain the full process and answer all your questions.
Language preparation: Once you’re accepted, we help you begin your German language training. This typically takes place at the Goethe-Institut or an equivalent provider. Your goal will be to reach B2 level, which is required to work as a nurse in Germany. We may also offer specialized “German for Nurses” language support if needed.Recognition and visa support: While you are studying German, we’ll start the recognition process for your nursing diploma and help you apply for your visa. We assist with all paperwork and communication with the relevant German authorities.
Placement and contract: Once your language certificate and recognition are in place, we match you with one of our partner hospitals. You’ll have a video or in-person interview with the clinic, and if both sides agree, you’ll sign a work contract – before you even travel to Germany, giving you full security.
Travel and housing: Your flight will be booked and paid for by us or your employer. You’ll also be provided with temporary accommodation when you arrive – usually a staff apartment or a furnished room nearby, at no cost to you.
Start your new life in Germany: When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by your new employer and supported in your first days on the job. If additional paperwork or appointments are needed (e.g., local registration or bank account setup), we will help you.
